The Fimar SE1550A meat bandsaw is used in hospital, school and other institutional kitchens that process meat in large batches and need precise portioning of carcasses, large meat cuts and bones. The machine body is made of anodised aluminium.
The cutting area supports a useful cut of 170×150(h) mm on a 330×300 mm work surface, with a blade development of ø 1550 mm. Parts in contact with the product — the portioning device, work surface, knife guide and meat pusher — are made of stainless steel. The machine is equipped with an emergency stop button, a microswitch on the lid, a motor brake, and adjustments for cutting thickness and height.
