The Fimar SE1830A bandsaw is Italian-made equipment for cutting meat and bone in the primary processing areas of institutional kitchens — schools, hospitals and central catering facilities. The machine is used where meat portions need to be divided before further heat processing.
The frame is made of anodised aluminium, resistant to the humid environment of food production. The work surface, blade guide and meat pusher are made of stainless steel. The saw features an emergency stop button, a motor brake and a microswitch on the lid, along with adjustable cutting thickness and cutting height.
