AIRHOT HSL-1650A Meat Band Saw

The AIRHOT HSL-1650A meat band saw is designed for cutting fresh and frozen meat and poultry, including bone-in cuts, in the meat-preparation areas of school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens and other institutions that process notable volumes of meat every day. The unit suits primary processing rooms, small meat-cutting sections and kitchens running their own preparation cycle for semi-finished products.

The blade is 1650 mm long and runs at a speed of 16 m/s, giving a smooth, even cut with minimal waste. Cutting height is 220 mm, and slice thickness is adjustable from 4 to 180 mm, so the same machine can handle thin slices as well as large cuts. The saw runs on a 220 V supply with a 750 W motor. For operator safety, the design includes a pusher that feeds the product to the blade without direct hand contact with the cutting edge.
