The AIRHOT SL 220 slicer provides fast, accurate slicing of food products to a set thickness in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens and other institutions that prepare portioned dishes from meat, sausage and cheese products every day. The design is built for regular workloads and keeps the operator safe and comfortable during use.
The blade diameter is 220 mm, and slice thickness is adjustable from 0.2 to 16 mm — from the thinnest slices to portioned pieces. The slicer runs on a 220 V supply with a 120 W motor. The body is made of painted aluminium, while the food carriage is stainless steel. A sharpener is included, allowing kitchen staff to keep the blade in working condition without calling in outside technicians.
