The Beckers ES 250 CE slicer is a model from the Italian manufacturer designed for slicing food products in school, kindergarten, hospital and other institutional kitchens. The 250 mm blade handles larger cuts of meat, cold cuts and cheese compared to the smaller models in the range.
The body is made of painted cast aluminium, and the sharpener is fixed, keeping the blade consistently sharp throughout its service life without manual adjustment. A Plexi Glass guard covers the working area. The model belongs to the DOMESTIC CE range.
