The Beckers ES 275 CE slicer is the largest model in the Beckers range supplied, designed for slicing food products in school, kindergarten, hospital and other institutional kitchens. The 275 mm blade handles large cuts of meat, cold cuts and cheese.
The body is made of painted cast aluminium, and the sharpener is fixed. A Plexi Glass guard protects the working area. Like the 300 mm model, this unit comes with an aluminium meat presser that helps hold large cuts of product in place while slicing.
