The CELME FA 275 is the largest FA-line model in this range, designed for portioning sausage, smoked meats, hard cheeses, fish and other deli products. It suits kitchens with heavy daily workloads — hospitals, central catering kitchens and large school canteens.
The 275 mm blade delivers a 230×180 mm cutting area, with slice thickness adjustable within 0–16 mm. The sharpener is mounted on top of the blade holder, allowing quick and precise sharpening. Motor power is 0.16 kW at 220 V, dimensions are 420×530×390 mm, and the unit weighs 15.3 kg.
