The CELME FAMILY 220 is an Italian-made gravity slicer for cutting salami, ham, meat, hard cheeses and vegetables. Its compact footprint makes it a practical choice for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens that prepare portioned dishes for large numbers of people every day.
The blade measures 220 mm in diameter, the cutting area is 220–165 mm, and slice thickness can be adjusted from 0 to 16 mm. The 0.16 kW motor runs on a standard 220 V supply. The unit measures 360×460×320 mm and weighs 10.5 kg, so it fits comfortably even on a small kitchen worktop.
