CELME FAMILY 300 Slicer, 0–16 mm slice thickness

The CELME FAMILY 300 slicer is Italian-made equipment for cutting cold cuts, meat, cheese and vegetables in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other public-sector facilities. A polished cast-aluminium body and a powerful, professional-grade ventilated motor keep slice quality consistent under daily use.

The 300 mm blade adjusts slice thickness from 0 to 16 mm across a 230×195 mm cutting area. It is driven by a 0.290 kW motor on a 220V supply. The slicer measures 440×570×390 mm and weighs 16.5 kg.
