The CELME FA 250 extends the FA line with a larger blade and a wider cutting area — a fit for kitchens with a heavier portioning workload: hospitals, school canteens and central kitchens serving kindergartens.
The 250 mm blade delivers a 230×175 mm cutting area, with slice thickness adjustable from 0 to 16 mm. Motor power is 0.16 kW at 220 V. The unit measures 440×530×355 mm and weighs 14.5 kg.
