The HURAKAN HKN-HM220 slicer is a compact model for cutting deli products in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens and foodservice businesses where counter space is limited. The 220 mm blade combined with an aluminium body keeps the unit light enough to carry and move between stations.
The 0.12 kW motor is an entry level for this class of slicer: it handles soft and semi-hard sausage, cream and semi-hard cheese, bread and boiled meat with ease.
