The HURAKAN HKN-HM300DF is a 300 mm blade slicer with a reinforced frame built for cutting large whole products in delicatessen departments, restaurants and high-volume foodservice operations. At 690×663×740 mm and 34.7 kg, this is not a countertop unit in the usual sense — it is designed to sit on a low working table or a dedicated stand.
