The HURAKAN HKN-HM300DL slicer combines a 300 mm blade with a higher-output 0.37 kW motor — built for delicatessen departments, restaurants and catering kitchens where the slicer runs regularly and handles a large volume of work. The body is aluminium, and the built-in sharpener is included.
A stronger motor heats up less under load and keeps blade rotation speed stable even at peak hours, when the unit has no time to cool between batches. This matters most for dense products — hard cheese, semi-smoked sausage, pressed meat products. The 27.7 kg body weight further stabilises the unit when cutting firm products, reducing vibration and giving a more even cut.
