The Pizza Group IR22VS spiral dough mixer is Italian-made equipment with a tilting head and a removable 22 L bowl, measuring 42×72×64 cm. Unlike fixed-head models, the tilting-head design gives easier access to the bowl when unloading dough.
The spiral mixing tool kneads dough evenly throughout the bowl, and the grille above it lets operators add ingredients while the machine is running. Such equipment is used in bakeries, pastry workshops and pizzerias, as well as in institutional kitchens that prepare bread, pastry or pizza dough in-house.
Features
- The tilting head and removable bowl simplify dough unloading and access for washing.
- The spiral-shaped mixing tool ensures even dough mixing.
- The grille allows ingredients to be added while the machine is running.
- Bowl, lid, spiral and dough breaker are made of stainless steel.
- The unit can be disassembled for thorough cleaning.
- A mixing-duration timer is provided.
- The Pizza Group mixer range is available in single-speed, 2-speed and variable-speed versions, with fixed or tilting heads, and pushbutton or dial speed control.
