The Prismafood IBM 20 is a stationary spiral dough mixer sized for the kitchen volumes typical of school, kindergarten and hospital catering departments that bake their own bread, buns or pizza dough on site.

Its bowl holds 22 litres and handles up to 16 kg of dough per batch, with an output of up to 56 kg per hour. The bowl, spiral, central column and protection grid are made of stainless steel, the gearbox runs in an oil bath, and a dough breaker is included as standard. The motor is single-phase, running on a 230 V supply.
