Prismafood IBM 5 Stationary Spiral Dough Mixer, 7 L Bowl Capacity

The Prismafood IBM 5 is the smallest model in the spiral mixer line, with compact dimensions that fit into a limited production area — a kindergarten kitchen, a school canteen, or a small hospital catering unit.

Its 7-litre bowl handles up to 4 kg of dough per batch, delivering an output of up to 29 kg per hour. Like other models in the line, it has a fixed bowl and head, a single-phase motor running on a 230 V supply, a built-in timer and wheels for moving it around the kitchen. The bowl, spiral, central column and protection grid are made of stainless steel, and the gearbox runs in an oil bath.
