The Apach ASM07R spiral mixer is a compact dough mixing machine from the Italian manufacturer Apach, designed for preparing small batches of dough in kindergarten, school and hospital kitchens, as well as small foodservice businesses that bake their own bread, pastries, pizza dough or other products.
The rising head design with a removable 7 L bowl simplifies unloading finished dough and cleaning the machine after use. Maximum load is 5 kg of dough per batch, with output up to 29 kg/h at a single mixing speed. The bowl, spiral, central column and protection grid are made of stainless steel, while the body is painted metal. A dough breaker is included to keep dough from wrapping around the spiral. The gear motor runs in an oil bath for quiet operation. Wheels for moving the unit and a mixing cycle timer are part of the standard configuration. Power supply is 220 V, with a rated power of 0.37 kW.
