The Apach ASM10F spiral mixer is a dough mixing machine from the Italian manufacturer Apach with a fixed head and bowl design, suited for daily dough preparation in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as small in-house bakeries that need compact, reliable equipment.
The head and the 10 L bowl in this model are fixed — this design is simpler to operate and takes up less space than a tilting head. Maximum load is 8 kg of dough per batch, with output up to 35 kg/h at a single mixing speed. The bowl, spiral, central column and protection grid are made of stainless steel, while the body is painted metal. A dough breaker is included to prevent dough from wrapping around the spiral. The gear motor runs in an oil bath for quiet operation. Wheels for moving the unit and a mixing cycle timer are part of the standard configuration. Power supply is 220 V, with a rated power of 0.37 kW.
