The Apach ASM22F is an Italian-made spiral dough mixer with a fixed head and a stationary bowl, built for kneading yeast and enriched dough in volumes typical of school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as in-house bakeries at these facilities. The fixed-head design keeps maintenance simple and suits a daily cycle of baking bread, buns and pastries for institutional canteens.

The 22 L bowl takes up to 17 kg of flour mix per batch, and output reaches 56 kg of finished dough per hour — enough to keep an educational or healthcare facility's kitchen supplied with fresh baked goods. The bowl, spiral hook, central column and protective grid are all made of stainless steel, meeting the requirements for equipment that comes into contact with food.
