The Fimar 18CNS spiral dough mixer (Italy) is built for dough preparation in the kitchens of educational and healthcare institutions that bake bread, pastry or pizza dough in significant quantities every day.
In a single cycle, the mixer processes up to 18 kg of dough in a 22 L bowl, with the rotating spiral hook giving an even, elastic knead. The liftable head and removable bowl make unloading the finished dough and cleaning the machine easier, while output reaches 54 kg/h.
