The Fimar 25CNS spiral dough mixer (Italy) is a higher-capacity model for kitchens with larger baking volumes — school catering combines, hospital kitchens and centralized kitchens serving children's institutions.
The 32 L bowl holds up to 25 kg of dough per cycle, and the spiral mixing arm with an optional second speed lets the operator match the setting to the dough type, from bread to pizza or piadina bases; output reaches 75 kg/h.
