The HURAKAN HKN-30SN2V is a 30 L spiral dough mixer with two speeds and a three-phase 380 V connection. It is built for pizzerias, bakeries with continuous production and restaurants with their own bread range — businesses that run a mixer daily and already have a three-phase power supply.
The drive is belt-type, the bowl is fixed and made of stainless steel, and the body is painted steel. Maximum flour load is 23 kg, minimum is 2 kg — below that the spiral hook cannot grip the mass evenly. Two speeds are available: the first, 10 rpm at the bowl and 125 rpm at the kneading tool, for slow initial mixing without scattering flour; the second, exactly double at 20 rpm and 250 rpm, for active kneading with intensive gluten development. The kit includes a kneading tool with a dough cutter.
