HURAKAN HKN-25HN Dough Mixer for Tough Dough

The HURAKAN HKN-25HN is a large-capacity horizontal dough mixer built for tough dough and sausage mince. It suits school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens that produce their own dumplings, varenyky, chebureky and sausage products, as well as meat processing shops and catering combines that regularly knead large volumes of low-moisture dough.

Unlike spiral mixers designed for soft yeast dough, the HKN-25HN uses two horizontal rollers that press and fold dense dough — the method needed for dumpling and varenyky dough, chebureky and lavash dough, and meat or sausage mince, where a spiral hook cannot deliver the same result. The 50 L bowl handles loads of up to 25 kg at a single speed of 40 rpm. It features reverse rotation for dough that winds around the rollers, plus a bowl-tilting function that makes unloading heavy batches easier. The body is made of stainless steel.
