The HURAKAN HKN-7.5HN is a compact horizontal dough mixer for small batches of tough dough and sausage mince. It suits kindergarten kitchens, small school canteens, culinary shops and meat processing units that don't need tough dough or mince every day in large quantities but still require a reliable machine for regular small batches.
Spiral mixers are built for soft to medium-density dough; a low-moisture, dense mass either slips past the hook or overloads the motor. The HKN-7.5HN handles this with horizontal rollers that evenly press tough dumpling and varenyky dough, chebureky and lavash dough, and sausage or meat mince. The 7.5 L bowl takes loads of up to 4 kg at a single speed of 40 rpm. Reverse briefly changes the roller rotation direction, freeing dough that has wound around the rollers without disassembling the machine, and also makes unloading dense mince easier. The body is made of stainless steel.
