HURAKAN HKN-8SN Tabletop Spiral Dough Mixer

The HURAKAN HKN-8SN is the only tabletop model in the HURAKAN spiral dough mixer lineup. It is built for small pizzerias, cafes with their own baking and culinary outlets with a limited range — places that need a mixer every day but not a large capacity, and where production space is limited.

Its 395 mm height lets the machine sit on a worktable instead of the floor. The bowl is fixed, holds 8 L, is made of stainless steel, and runs on a belt drive. A single speed delivers 21 rpm at the bowl and 159 rpm at the kneading tool. Maximum flour load is 4.5 kg, minimum is 2 kg, since a smaller amount is not gripped evenly by the spiral hook. A single fixed speed means a simpler design, lower maintenance cost and fewer components — enough for standard wheat and pizza dough. The kit includes a kneading tool with a dough cutter. The body is painted steel, the supply is 220 V, and current draw is about 2 A.
