The HURAKAN HKN-E40SN2V 40L dough mixer is professional equipment for kneading dough in bakery and pastry sections, as well as in large-volume kitchens of schools, hospitals and foodservice businesses with high baking output.
The machine is three-phase, built for a 40 L bowl with a maximum load of 32 kg of flour per batch and a minimum of 4 kg. Two speeds are available: 13 and 26 rpm bowl rotation, corresponding to 130 and 260 rpm of the mixing tool. The first speed provides slow, even flour hydration without splashing, while the second delivers intensive kneading with gluten development for dense bread dough. The bowl is fixed and made of stainless steel, and the housing is painted steel. A mixing tool with a dough scraper is included. Power is 2.2 kW, voltage is 380V, weight is 137 kg, and dimensions are 490×765×904 mm.
