HURAKAN HKN-M50SN2V 50L Spiral Dough Mixer

The HURAKAN HKN-M50SN2V is a 50-litre spiral dough mixer built for kneading yeast, enriched and bread dough in bakeries, pizzerias and institutional kitchens of schools, kindergartens and healthcare facilities that bake on site. The spiral kneading arm lifts dough from the bottom of the bowl in a circular motion, developing gluten evenly without overheating the mass, unlike older belt-driven mixers.

The 50 L bowl handles a 4 to 34 kg flour load per batch. Two speeds — 15/20 rpm bowl rotation and 150/200 rpm kneading tool rotation — let the operator hydrate the flour evenly on the slow setting first, then develop gluten on the faster one. The chain drive transmits torque without stretching even with dense chilled dough, and the built-in timer counts down the kneading time automatically. The unit runs on a 220 V mains supply, with a fixed stainless-steel bowl and a painted steel body.
