HURAKAN HKN-M60SN2V 60L Spiral Dough Mixer

The HURAKAN HKN-M60SN2V is a 60-litre spiral dough mixer for kneading yeast, enriched and bread dough in bakeries, pizzerias, restaurant prep kitchens and institutional kitchens of schools, kindergartens and healthcare facilities with high baking volumes. Unlike a planetary mixer, a spiral dough mixer is built for one task — proper dough kneading: the spiral tool lifts the mass from the bottom up without overheating it or tearing the gluten structure.

The 60 L bowl handles a 4 to 38 kg flour load per batch. Two speeds — 15/20 rpm bowl rotation and 150/200 rpm kneading tool rotation — provide even flour hydration first, then active gluten development. The chain drive does not stretch or break under dense chilled dough the way a belt drive can, and needs little maintenance under daily use. The bowl is fixed and made of stainless steel, with dough removed by hand or tipped out with a dedicated tool; the body is painted steel. A built-in timer counts down the kneading time automatically.
