The ItPizza SK-16 1Ф spiral dough mixer is compact Italian equipment for education and healthcare facility kitchens that regularly bake their own bread or pastry items. A single-phase 220 V connection means the unit can be installed without a dedicated three-phase supply.
A specially shaped stainless steel spiral kneads yeast dough with at least 50% moisture content thoroughly within a few minutes. Bowl volume is 16 L, dough load up to 12 kg per cycle, and output reaches 48 kg/h. The bowl turns at 10 rpm and the spiral at 91 rpm.
