The HURAKAN HKN-20SN2V is a floor-standing spiral dough mixer with a 20 L bowl for kneading yeast and enriched dough in bakeries, confectioneries, pizzerias and foodservice businesses. Two mixing speeds let the operator combine gentle handling at the start of the cycle with intensive kneading at the end — without swapping attachments or switching machines.
A belt drive turns the fixed stainless-steel bowl at 10 or 20 rpm, while the dough hook runs at 110 or 180 rpm. Maximum flour load is 14 kg, minimum is 2 kg, giving flexibility for both small and larger batches. The set includes a dough hook with a dough scraper, and the body is made of painted steel.
