The Apach ASM32R spiral mixer is industrial dough-mixing equipment from the Italian manufacturer Apach, built for large-batch dough production in bakeries and central production kitchens that supply bread and bakery items to school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens and other mass-catering facilities.
