The Apach ASM16R spiral dough mixer is professional equipment from the Italian manufacturer Apach with a rising head and a removable 16-litre bowl, built for daily kneading of yeast dough in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens as well as foodservice businesses. A maximum dough load of 12 kg and output of up to 48 kg of dough per hour cover the needs of a mid-sized kitchen.
Unlike fixed-head models, the ASM16R lets you lift the working head and take the bowl off with the finished dough — simplifying unloading, cleaning the machine after use, and moving the bowl to the shaping station. This is particularly valuable in kitchens with stricter hygiene requirements, such as hospital catering units. The bowl, spiral, central column and protection grid are made of stainless steel. A quiet oil-bath gear motor and dual 220/380 V power supply provide comfortable operation and flexible connection.
