Frosty HS 30 Spiral Dough Mixer

The Frosty HS 30 spiral dough mixer is built for larger baking volumes than the smaller model in the line and suits the kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and central catering facilities that prepare dough for several groups or wards at once. Its 34 L bowl allows a full batch of dough to be kneaded in a single cycle instead of splitting the job into several runs.

Like the other models in the range, the HS 30 uses a spiral kneading principle: the spiral rotates around its own axis while the bowl turns in the opposite direction, so the dough is kneaded evenly throughout without overheating. The bowl is made of stainless steel and is fixed in place; the drive runs through a chain transmission with no gearbox. An inverter-controlled motor provides two kneading speeds, letting the operator adjust the cycle to the dough type. The housing is enamelled steel. The unit runs on a 220V supply and draws 1.5 kW, and it is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
