The Prismafood IBM 40 spiral mixer (Italy) is stationary equipment for kneading medium batches of dough in bakery workshops and institutional kitchens of schools, kindergartens and healthcare facilities. A 41 L bowl and up to 32 kg dough load let staff prepare enough dough for bread, pastry or dough bases for hot meals in a single cycle.
The unit is built around a fixed (non-removable) head and bowl: the bowl, spiral, central column and protective grid are made of stainless steel, and the gearbox runs in an oil bath for a longer service life under daily use. The mixer is fitted with a dough breaker, a single-phase 230 V motor, a timer to control kneading time, and wheels for moving the unit within the kitchen.
