Its 32-litre bowl kneads up to 24 kg of dough per cycle, delivering an output of up to 88 kg per hour, with a 40 cm bowl diameter. The motor is single-phase on a 230 V supply, and the mixer includes a timer and transport wheels. The bowl, spiral, central column and protection grid are made of stainless steel, the gearbox runs in an oil bath, and a dough breaker is included as standard.
