The Prismafood IBM 50 spiral mixer (Italy) is the largest model in the single-phase IBM line, built for daily kneading of large dough batches in bakery workshops and institutional kitchens of schools, kindergartens and healthcare facilities. A 48 L bowl and up to 40 kg dough load per cycle deliver output of up to 128 kg/h, enough to prepare dough for bread or pastry for an entire facility at once.
The head and bowl are fixed in place: the bowl, spiral, central column and protective grid are made of stainless steel, and the gearbox runs in an oil bath for stable performance under daily loads. The mixer comes with a dough breaker, a timer for controlling kneading time and wheels for moving the equipment; the motor is single-phase, 230 V.
