The Prismafood IBT 40 spiral mixer (Italy) is a three-phase model in the IBT line for bakery workshops and institutional kitchens of schools, kindergartens and healthcare facilities with heavier daily workloads. A 41 L bowl and up to 32 kg dough load per cycle deliver an output of up to 112 kg/h.
The three-phase 400 V motor runs on two kneading speeds, with power ratings listed separately for each mode, allowing staff to match kneading intensity to firmer or softer dough. The bowl, spiral, central column and protective grid are made of stainless steel, the gearbox runs in an oil bath, and the unit comes with a dough breaker, a timer and wheels for moving it.
