The Apach ASM10R spiral mixer is a dough mixing machine from the Italian manufacturer Apach with a rising head and removable bowl, built for regular dough preparation in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens and other facilities that bake bread, pastries or pizza dough on site.
The removable 10 L bowl allows quick unloading of finished dough and easy cleaning, and lets several bowls be used in rotation when needed. Maximum load is 8 kg of dough per batch, with output up to 35 kg/h at a single mixing speed. The bowl, spiral, central column and protection grid are made of stainless steel, while the body is painted metal. A dough breaker is included to keep dough from wrapping around the spiral. The gear motor runs in an oil bath for quiet operation. Wheels for moving the unit and a mixing cycle timer are part of the standard configuration. Power supply is 220 V, with a rated power of 0.37 kW.
