The Resto Italia SPR 30 UNO dough sheeter is a compact version of the SPR 30 model from the Italian manufacturer Tecno A S.r.l., designed for cold sheeting dough pieces weighing 80–210 g into discs 140–300 mm in diameter. Unlike the base model, the SPR 30 UNO has a single pair of rollers, which reduces the machine's footprint and weight.
The SPR 30 UNO measures 440 × 355 × 355 mm and has a net weight of 21 kg, 6 kg less than the two-roller-pair model. It runs on a single-phase 230 V / 50 Hz supply with 0.37 kW of power. Sheeted dough thickness is adjustable in the 0.5–4 mm range.
