HURAKAN HKN-APD30 Pizza Dough Roller

The HURAKAN HKN-APD30 pizza dough roller is an electromechanical machine that shapes round pizza bases from a ball of dough. It suits foodservice businesses, cafes, kitchen prep areas and canteens that make their own pizza and need every base to come out with consistent thickness.

Dough passes between a pair of rollers and is flattened into an even circle up to 30 cm in diameter — a size that covers most standard menu items, from a small 50 g pizzetta to a large 30 cm base weighing up to 500 g. Each base comes out an even thickness across its whole surface, with no thick center or thin edges, giving predictable baking time no matter who shapes the dough. The machine body is made of stainless steel and the rollers of food-grade polycarbonate approved for food contact. It plugs into a standard 220 V outlet, no dedicated power line required.
