GGF EASY B 500-1000 Dough Sheeter, 0.1–34 mm Thickness

The GGF EASY B 500-1000 dough sheeter is Italian-made equipment for machine rolling of dough in a bakery kitchen section. It replaces manual rolling-pin work when preparing puff pastry, yeast dough and other dough types that need to be rolled evenly to a set thickness, and suits high-volume work in schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other institutions that bake on site.

The EASY B 500-1000 rolls dough to a thickness of 0.1 to 34 mm and handles batches of up to 8 kg per pass. Its dimensions — 980×2380×557h mm — reflect the extended worktable needed to roll out a large sheet of dough. Two electrical connection options are available: three-phase 230-400/3/50 V/Hz or single-phase 230/1/50 V/Hz, drawing 0.55 kW (three-phase version) or 0.37–0.55 kW (single-phase version). Depending on the version, the machine runs at one or two rolling speeds.
