The GGF EASY B 500-800 dough sheeter is a more compact version of the machine for rolling dough in a bakery kitchen. It handles the same technological tasks as the larger model in the range but has a shorter worktable, so it takes up less space in the kitchen of a school, kindergarten, hospital or similar institution.
The EASY B 500-800 rolls dough to a thickness of 0.1 to 34 mm from batches of up to 8 kg per pass. It measures 980×1980×557h mm. Two electrical connection options are available: three-phase 230-400/3/50 V/Hz or single-phase 230/1/50 V/Hz, drawing 0.55 kW (three-phase version) or 0.37–0.55 kW (single-phase version). Depending on the version, the machine runs at one or two rolling speeds and weighs about 120 kg.
