HURAKAN HKN-APD40 Pizza Dough Roller

The HURAKAN HKN-APD40 pizza dough roller is an electromechanical machine for shaping round pizza bases from a ball of dough, built for foodservice businesses, cafes, kitchen prep areas and canteens producing pizza in-house across a range of sizes.

Shaping dough by hand gives uneven thickness — a thicker center, thinner edges, and inconsistent baking from pie to pie. The HKN-APD40 passes a dough ball through rollers and produces an even circle at a set diameter, from 10 to 40 cm, and thickness, from 0.7 to 5.4 mm. A 0.7 mm setting suits very thin, almost cracker-style crust, 3-4 mm gives a classic Italian base, and 5.4 mm produces a puffier American-style base. Dough balls weigh from 50 to 500 g, covering everything from a small pizzetta to a large 40 cm pizza. The body is made of stainless steel and the rollers of food-grade polycarbonate approved for food contact. It runs on a standard 220 V outlet.
