Prismafood DSA 310 Rolling Machine, pizza diameter 14-30 cm

The Prismafood DSA 310 is a rolling machine for flattening dough used for pizza, bread, pastries and other baked goods in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and their bakery workshops. It forms dough sheets from 14 to 30 cm in diameter and requires no dedicated equipment operator: dough is fed into the infeed slot by hand, and a pair of gear-driven rollers does the rolling.

Finished dough thickness is set with separate knobs on each roller, from 0 to 5 mm, and the rolling process does not heat the dough, so it keeps its structure and properties. If needed, the machine can be fitted with an electric foot pedal (optional), freeing the operator's hands while feeding the dough. The tilted upper roller and central sling bar give the dough an even round shape suited to pizza bases.
