The Prismafood DSA 420 TOUCH AND GO is a rolling machine for larger dough pieces: it forms dough sheets from 26 to 40 cm in diameter and suits kitchens with higher baking volumes of pizza, bread and pastries, as well as bakery workshops in educational and healthcare facilities. Input dough weight ranges from 210 to 700 g.
Like other machines in the Touch and Go line, this model has a patented automatic start system: sensors detect the dough at the infeed slot, and the machine rolls it out and stops on its own once the set time elapses. Cycle length is set with the TIME SET button from 10 to 35 seconds, and finished dough thickness is adjusted with separate knobs on each roller from 0 to 5 mm. The simple digital control panel lets kitchen staff quickly reconfigure the machine for different dough batches without special training.
