The GoodFood NM350 dough sheeter is designed for rolling out firm dough for chebureki, dumplings, lasagna and Italian pasta. It suits school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as small foodservice businesses that make their own dough-based dishes.
The machine comes with a noodle-cutting attachment producing flat noodles 2 mm and 6 mm wide; roller length is 350 mm, and dough thickness is adjustable from 0.5 to 4 mm. Output reaches 50–80 kg/h, allowing large batches of dough to be processed quickly. The body is made of impact-resistant plastic and metal. Power is 1500 W at 220 V.
