The Resto Italia SPR 40 PA dough sheeter is a variant of the SPR 40 model from the Italian manufacturer Tecno A S.r.l. with an extended dough piece weight range — from 210 to 900 g. The sheeted piece diameter stays the same as the base SPR 40, at 260–400 mm.
The machine has two pairs of rollers, measures 550 × 365 × 750 mm and has a net weight of 34 kg. It runs on a single-phase 230 V / 50 Hz supply with 0.37 kW of power. Dough thickness is adjustable within 0.5–4 mm.

The extended 900 g upper weight limit makes the SPR 40 PA suitable for kitchens that need to sheet heavier dough pieces for other flat products in addition to standard pizza portions — for example, in catering combines at schools, kindergartens and hospitals with a broad baking range.
As with the base SPR 40, the electric pedal (code 7030111001) is a separate option and is not included in the standard delivery set of the SPR 40 PA.
