GGM Gastro TMK520L Dough Sheeter, 0.3–35 mm Dough Thickness

The GGM Gastro TMK520L is a floor-standing dough sheeter for mechanically rolling out dough from 0.3 to 35 mm thick, designed for bakery and pastry sections of central kitchens in schools, healthcare facilities and other institutions that produce their own bread and pastry goods.

A 2400 mm conveyor belt feeds dough on motorised belts from both sides, giving an even, thin sheet without sticking. The body is made of high-grade stainless steel, the rollers are chrome-plated, and the included manual rolling pin is made of stainless steel. The unit stands on 4 wheels (2 fixed and 2 swivel), features an emergency stop button, and has a mount for an additional rolling pin. The machine folds up for compact storage and transport.
