HURAKAN HKN-DRT520 Dough Sheeter

The HURAKAN HKN-DRT520 dough sheeter is countertop equipment for bakery and pastry sections in school and hospital kitchens, as well as bakeries and confectionery production, where dough needs to be rolled out quickly and evenly in large batches.

The machine is fitted with a 520 mm conveyor belt and a 2055 mm working table, matching a standard baking sheet and letting the dough pass through the rollers without interruption. Sheeting thickness is adjustable from 1 to 40 mm, and a reverse function allows the dough to be run back through the rollers, gradually reducing the gap to the required thickness. The housing is made of painted steel. Working dimensions are 2421×878×545 mm, and folded dimensions are 592×818×931 mm, allowing the sheeter to be set up on a production table of the right height without needing dedicated floor space. Power is 0.4 kW, voltage is 220V, and weight is 102 kg.
