The Prismafood DMA 310/1 is a single-roller dough rolling machine made in Italy for bakery workshops and kitchens of educational and healthcare institutions — school canteens, kindergartens and hospital catering units. It quickly rolls out dough for bread, buns, flatbreads and other baked goods while keeping the dough structure intact, without heating it.
A dough piece weighing 80 to 210 g is rolled into an even sheet with a diameter of 14 to 30 cm. The machine is operated with an electric foot pedal included in the standard delivery: the operator simply feeds in the dough and the machine does the rolling. The thickness of the finished sheet is adjustable from 0 to 5 mm, and the gear-driven transmission keeps the roller running smoothly. Power supply is 230 V, single phase, 50/60 Hz, with a rated power of 0.25 kW (0.33 Hp); a 110 V, 60 Hz version is available on request.
